Great way to disguise those greens! Use to dress pasta or on top of fish or chicken as a marinade.
Ingredients:
Serves 6
1 bunch spinach
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 green chili (optional)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 avocado
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
2 tbsp coconut powder
3 tbsp olive oil
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Voila! Ready to sauce up some pasta! Can be used to also top up chicken or fish.
