1 can (170 g) water packed, tuna drained.
1 avocado peeled, pitted, and cut into bite-size pieces.
1 small tomato, diced
½ apple, diced
½ small red onion or green onion
2 tbsp fresh parsley or herb of choice
2 tbsp light mayo or olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread on multi-grain bread and make a sandwich or scoop out onto your favorite salad.
